These were all converted Neptuns done with the methods I described in my article on the Board. Taney (N-1397a Campbell) was a "swap" with the Bristol (N-1362 Livermore) to get the 5"/38 mounts. Ralph Talbot was an "add detail" using Neptun's Blue (N-1364a) as the base model.
