Making a different TROMP
The Argonaut model of the Dutch cruiser TROMP represents the ship as built. I decided to do a modification of the model to depict her as she looked in early 1942, during the fight for the East Indies.
This is the original unmodified model.

After stripping the paint and making changes the model is ready to be repainted.

The finished model. This was not a difficult model to do, but it did require grinding off some parts with a Dremel tool.
